Main Ingredients:1 Cup Ground Beef6 Hot Peppers1 Sweet pepper4 Eggs & 1/4 Cup FlourFor the Beef:1 Green Onion, 1 Tbsp Garlic1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sugar1/2 Tbsp Cooking Wine, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/8 Black PepperKorean Stuffed Peppers (고추전= Go-chu-jeon) is a Korean holiday food, and it is one of my favorite foods. I learned how to make this from my mom, and my mom used to make this for holidays or special days. The marinated beef, hot pepper, and egg combination gives you a very tasty and happy flavor. We usually use less spicy peppers for this recipe because you don't want peppers that are so hot that they cover the flavors in the other ingredients. If you can't eat spicy food then I recommend that you to use sweet peppers instead. So I used both peppers in this recipe. You can eat this dish just plain or as a side-dish.
