Pho is a succulent, assemble-it-yourself, a la carte kind of soup, not too far removed from, say Mongolian Hot Pot. The flavors are fresh and can be varied to each diner's taste. Aside from broth, the main ingredients are thinly sliced meat, noodles and a variety of vegetables and fresh herbs for garnishing. Our healthier twist changes the noodle type and omits the sugary Hoisin sauce condiment that is traditional.So, whip up a pot and call your friends for some Pho!
